Nuestra historia
La Lumbre means “the fire.” Our family cooked these recipes for every birthday and holiday back in Puebla. In 2019 we bought an old truck, fixed it up ourselves and started sharing them with Orlando. The pastor marinade is still Abuela's, and so are the salsas, made fresh every afternoon.
